How the Sale Works:
1. Varieties will say “Sold Out” until the sale begins on December 5, 2025 at 11PM EST. The varieties will be available for previewing the Tuesday before the sale.

2. Remember just because a variety is in your cart does not mean you have it. If several other people check out before you do, then it will show up as sold out when you go to check out. So it’s not yours, until you have completed the check out process.

3. Local Pick Up will be available February 21, 2026.
Shipping: Early shipping will be between February 15 and March 14- We work with the weather.
The early ship dates will ship to SC, GA, FL, AL, LA, MS, TN, TX, AK, NC, KY only. Please try to order everything in one order. If you would like to add to your order later, please select local pick up and we will get it sorted on our end. Items sold in this sale will not be combined with any other rooted cutting or tuber order from our retail site- www.fraylick.com
If you are outside the early ship states, choose April 1-30 and we will ship according to your climate.

4. The Dahlia shop page will disappear an hour before the sale for us to update inventory. Please make your wish list early!

5. This sale is open to flower farmers with a resale license. You will need to submit a Resale license from your state either before purchasing or within 48 hours after making your purchase. If we don’t receive your resale license within 48 hours, we will send an invoice for the full retail price of your order plus tax if applicable. Please send your resale license to melissa@fraylick.com

7. Cuttings are available in packs of 6 with a 30% discount and packs of 3 with a 20% discount off our retail price. You can find the original retail price on our website at www. fraylick.com

8. Minimum order is 18 cuttings. Any order below minimum will be cancelled.

Terms and Conditions:
1. We grow all the varieties we sell here on our farm in Travelers Rest, South Carolina. We actively scout for virus during the growing season and cull accordingly. We take appropriate measures of tool sanitization. We have an extensive fertilization and pest control program that we employ all season long to produce healthy plants that make great quality tubers or healthy supply stock for our rooted cuttings.

2. Each rooted cutting leaves our facility in a healthy state. If you have an issue with your tubers or rooted cuttings, please contact us immediately. You have 5 days from receipt of your order to make a claim. Please open your package immediately. If you suspect a problem, please email us with pictures included. We want you to be happy with your purchase so please give us an opportunity to make it right if something goes wrong in shipping.
We are a small farm and our quantities are limited. We will do our best to replace but if that is not possible, we will refund. After this 5 day time period, no refunds or replacements will be made.
As there are many factors that may affect how your tuber or rooted cutting grows, no responsibility by Fraylick Farm LLC. will be taken after 5 days has passed from receipt of your tuber.

3. The only exception: If you realized you received the wrong variety later in the season, please send us a picture. We will do our best to identify it for you. If you desire a refund at this date, we will accommodate until September 31, 2026. No claims after this date. We will not replace with the corrected variety the next season. Refunds only for incorrect varieties from 5 days after you receive the tuber until September 31, 2026.

4. If a variety fails to root, we will refund during the shipping process.

5. After receiving your rooted cuttings, you are responsible for monitoring their condition until planting time. Please open your box immediately upon receipt. We recommend potting up your rooted cuttings into a 3” pot to increase the root system before planting out in your garden. You will increase your tuber yield if you plant one node of the stem underground- this is one reason it’s good to pot up before planting- it will yield you a larger/taller plant to put in the ground. 

6. All Sales Final. We do not cancel/refund orders after they are placed. Your credit card/payment method will be charged immediately following your order.

Shipping Rates are as follows:
A Box holds 42 cuttings. First box is $15, 2 or more boxes is $27.  Please choose the correct shipping date and box number when checking out.
