How to Order Tulips:

Tulips are harvested twice a day and then dry stored in our cooler. I can hold them for 2 weeks. The bunch numbers you see available are representative of what is in the cooler at time of sale plus what I think I will harvest by the Thursday morning delivery of the current sale week. Choose the number of bunches you want and then add to cart. After adding to cart, a form will pop up where you enter your delivery date or farm pick up. You can order up to two weeks out.
I go for variety over quantity with tulips. Therefore you won’t see more than 5-7 bu of most varieties. It takes 3 years to know if a variety will work in our hot southern climates so I only grow higher numbers on a few varieties that I know will work.

How to Order Hellebores:

Hellebores must bloom and spend about 3-4 weeks maturing until they are ready to cut. All hellebores are cut to order and require 24 hours to condition. Each week I will estimate how many bunches I think are mature for the upcoming 2 week period. I will probably update mid week sometimes and as we get further into April, the numbers will increase. Choose the number of bunches you want and then add to cart. After adding to cart, a form will pop up where you enter your delivery date or farm pick up. You can order up to two weeks out.

How to use the Online Shop:

  1. Please place a separate order for each pick up or delivery. All bunches are 10 stems unless otherwise noted.

  2. Please add the delivery fee from the shipping options at checkout. If placing a second order for the same delivery, only add delivery fee once.

  3. There is also an option to select for Farm Pick Up available in the checkout process (it’s right next to the shipping tab).

  4. There is a Notes box at check out for you to tell me anything else that might be helpful to know

  5. I estimate availability the best I can but I also subtract 10% from the overall quantities before I list. So if something says sold out, contact me and I’ll see if I can add more.

  6. The store will refresh with current availability on Friday afternoons usually, definitely by 8 pm on Sunday evening at the latest.

  7. Please note that just because you put an item in your cart, it doesn’t mean it’s yours. You have to finish the checkout process. If someone else checks out faster, then they get it. This is a limitation of the website software and not something I can get around. If you need to place multiple orders for a week, that’s ok. Just add the ‘no delivery fee’ to any subsequent orders.

  8. Availability will remain at 2 weeks out until end of June. If you need to know the approximate availability of items past 2 weeks out, please ask. You can’t place an order early but I can let you know if an item will be in bloom. However remember it’s my best guess and my answer in no way guarantees you those stems. Estimating availability is very time consuming and I only do it one day a week (usually Friday).

  9. There are no early reservation lists for specific products. This would require keeping multiple inventory lists.
